The Pearse Lyons Distillery is located in Dublin’s historic Liberties. Here we create our award winning, small batch Irish Whiskey in a restored 18 Century Church. The former Church of St James, now a distillery, is a home worthy of the spirit it embodies.
Named after the late Dr. Pearse Lyons, founder and whiskey innovator, the distillery opened its doors in 2017. Born from passion and family tradition, Pearse along with his wife Deirdre aspired to create a distillery like no other in Dublin.
Paying homage to their ancestors, five generations of coopers in Dublin, the distillery experience takes you on an immersive journey where you discover and explore the art of Irish Whiskey distillation and the unique culture of The Liberties, Dublin.

We strive to make the best gin in the world, fueled by a deep commitment to the forests that provide us with the wild juniper we hand-harvest each season, and to the local communities from the village of El Bolsón and Lago Puelo Lake in Chubut, Argentina, with whom we work closely and have a shared admiration for nature's abundance.

We are a company and a craft distillery from Finland – the land of a thousand lakes and uncountable wild forests. A company with the mission to make the world’s best gin and other arctic beverages.
Our distillery is tucked away in the small town of Ilomantsi, in the North Karelian region of Eastern Finland. The peaceful and quiet region of woodlands where, instead of busy traffic, the wolverines and bears still roam.
